Company retains authority to cancel or postpone its flights due to circumstances beyond its control, including adverse weather conditions, technical issues, and government regulations or directives. In such instances, Pawan Hans' liability is restricted to providing a full refund of the fare amount. However, no provisions are made for accommodation, meals, or surface transport expenses, nor will any such costs be reimbursed or compensated.
Infants and children are permitted to travel only when accompanied by an adult passenger. Children below the age of two will be charged 10% of the adult fare, while those aged two and above will be subject to the full fare. Valid proof of age must be provided in case of any disputes regarding the age of infants, with age verification serving as the sole determinant.
The company holds no responsibility for any losses or damages incurred due to flight delays or issues pertaining to the transportation of passengers or baggage. Receipt of registered baggage without complaint upon the conclusion of the Kedarnath Yatra journey will be considered prima facie evidence of correct and satisfactory delivery in good condition.
The cancellation rules for the travel document issued by the company are as follows:
1. 0 to 239 minutes before departure of flight: No refund will be provided.
2. 240 minutes to 11:59 Hours before departure of flight: A 50% refund will be issued, after deducting the Credit Card Transaction Fee as actually charged by the Bank.
3. 12 Hours to 23:59 Hours before departure of flight: A 75% refund will be issued, after deducting the Credit Card Transaction Fee as actually charged by the Bank.
4. 24 Hours or more before departure of flight: A 95% refund will be issued, after deducting the Credit Card Transaction Fee as actually charged by the Bank.
5. Flight cancellation by Pawan Hans Helicopters: In the event of flight cancellation by Pawan Hans Helicopters, a 100% refund will be provided, after deducting the Credit Card Transaction Fee as actually charged by the Bank.
6. No show by passenger: No refund will be issued in case of a passenger no-show.
